I found myself at the local Goodwill on a whim the other day, and it sure didn't disappoint! I was looking for some plates for my plate wall, but I couldn't help but poke around a few more aisles. I didn't bring home any plates, but I found this gorgeous vintage Australian tablecloth and a couple other things...
I haven't quite decided what I'll do with all of them. If we had some personal connection to Australia, then I'd definitely keep this beauty around, but I'm thinking about passing it along.
There's enough of this gorgeously creamy yellow fabric to make a complete wardrobe for the fam--Sound of Music style (but I won't). Most definitely a dress or skirt or two, though.
And lastly the little embroidery kit was calling my name. I have quite a stash of these vintage kits (here's one I'm working on now
), but not sure how long it will be before I get to this one!
Found any treasures at your local thrift shop lately? I wanna see!
